Installation of refractory linings in New Cyclones C1 and C2 at Hranice Cement Plant
We are excited to share an update on our ongoing project at the Hranice Cement Plant, where we are installing refractory linings in the new cyclones C1 and C2 for our esteemed client. The installation process is currently taking place on the pre-assembly area, where individual lining components are being assembled before being lifted into position by a crane.
Since the project commenced in mid-October, we have made significant progress and aim to complete the installation of approximately 390 tons of linings by the end of the year. To ensure smooth installation, we meticulously designed and documented the linings, enabling our client to easily lift and position them using the crane. This approach minimizes the amount of work required on the linings during the plant shutdown.
