Six Times Already – And Still a First

This summer, we completed our sixth project of lining this type of apparatus for hydrogen production. Although the principle remains the same, each project brings new dimensions, changes, and challenges.

This time, we did something for the very first time: instead of casting the T-joint into the formwork as before, we built it from shaped blocks. It was a demanding detail that required precise design and a trial on a wooden template to ensure everything fit perfectly.

In total, we installed 145 tons of three-layer refractory concrete lining.

The apparatus is now dried, inspected, and ready for shipment outside the EU.
